What is Shake please?
Shake Please delivers delicious protein packed smoothies. Perfectly crafted with whole fruits and whey protein to blend together in less than a minute with an amazing 24 to 33 grams of protein per smoothie.
Not only do Shake Please smoothies taste great but they are functional giving your body what it needs to burn fat and build muscle for a healthier lifestyle.
How to blend my smoothie
What do I need to add to my smoothie?
For the best tasting smoothie we recommend mixing with water but you can use your liquid of choice.
How does Shake Please work?
– Choose your subscription – You can select 8, 16, or 24 cups which arrive monthly.
– Build your box – Select the smoothies you like and simply add them to your box.
– You will receive a UPS tracking number when your order ships.
Once you’ve subscribed, you have access to a calendar where you can skip, pause or cancel.
Can I pause/cancel my subscription?
Yes you can pause, cancel or skip an order at any time.
Simply login to your account. Once logged in you have total control of your upcoming orders.

Whether you are going on vacation or living out of the office, we understand that everyone
needs a little break from time to time.
Please note: Requesting to cancel/pause your account after an order has been billed will not cancel or refund a processing order
Pausing/cancelling your account after an order has been billed will not cancel nor refund that order.
Cutoff day and time: Thursday at 6PM EST
Do I have to create an account?
Yes. You will need an account in order to view your subscription details including being able to make modifications to your subscription.
How does your refund policy work?
Yes your order can be refunded up until the charge has gone through.
Once the order has shipped you will receive a UPS tracking number.
We ship with enough dry ice to keep your package frozen through the day it arrives.
However please track your package and place the cups in the freezer asap. Due to the nature of the product being frozen and perishable we are not responsible for cups that have not been placed in the freezer the same day that the package arrives.
We do not issue any refunds on processing orders that have been billed.
It is important to keep track of when your next order will be billed to avoid any surprise charges.
Rejecting a package from a shipping courier does not warrant a refund.
