I was very unhappy with my purchase. There was very little fruit for the price and a small amount of protein powder. Definitely not worth the price for a scoop of protein mix, a few slices or bananas and a small lump of peanut butter. I bought these for my husband and he said they had no taste.

They’re perfect for a busy morning and/or work week! I just blend the contents from the cup, along w| my fav juice and/or milk and blend it all together! Keeps me full for a long period of time!
